Sports Nutrition Talks at the Stellenbosch Academy of Sport

We had the privilege to present a nutrition talk series to the U/19 World Cup Rugby Team two consecutive years. The sessions were tailored for their needs and living arrangements and practical sessions were included to keep it fun.

Health Promotion Talks at Creches

We were invited to present nutrition topics to parents of various creches in the Stellenbosch and Wellington area. Our topics are usually determined by the needs and identified problem areas of the institution.
