Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¾ cup milk / coconut milk / full cream yoghurt
- 1 tsp xylitol (optional)
Method
- Mix together and place in fridge for an hour
- After an hour the chia seeds should have absorbed the liquid, leaving you with a delicious chia pudding
Chia seed pudding makes for a great oats topper. Layer the chia seeds with oats yoghurt and fruits and voila you have a beautiful layered breakfast ‘parfait’!
